[Hi Ladies. Just to let you know, this post is aimed at the gentlemen, but you are more than welcome to read along. And share this with your friends who need to hear it.]
Is Aging Negotiable?
But what about biologically?
Do we need to see our bodies decay year after year? Do we need to look forward with dread to the lack of vigor that old age brings?
When you look around at the older gentlemen in your life you’ll see that some are still young and vibrant and others have run out of steam. What gives?
And more importantly, how can we be in that first group?
The Lies of Aging
Our bodies change as we get older. There is no way to deny that. But there are things we can do to slow down the changes. And some of the changes have nothing to do with aging at all.
If we can change our lifestyle to reduce the impacts of time and environment on our bodies, we’ll have longer, healthier and more joyful lives.
What we really need to learn is how to keep our bodies young.
Strong Men Stay Young
Carolyn Hansen is a professional trainer from New Zealand. She’s spent decades helping men and women get and stay healthy through physical fitness and lifestyle coaching. Her goal is to help people view their health from a wellness point of view rather than curing disease.
She has written a new course that is designed to encourage men to build stronger (and healthier) bodies. She focuses beyond the typical look good naked approach to strength training to the underlying health benefits. Not that you won’t get that sexy, muscular body in the process 8=)
The course is set to launch on September 10th, 2013. But in the mean time you will be able to sign up for the pre launch goodies. This includes a free report called Half the Man. It will give you some background on the reasons she put this course together.
The report is free and well worth getting, even if you decide not to get the full course. I got a review copy last week and I found lots of useful information that will help me in my journey to be healthy and vital. You will too!
And I’d like to hear what you think about it. So jump on over and grab the free report. Then swing back here after you’ve read it and let me know what you plan to do about it!
